Turkey Club Wraps
1 avocado, pitted and peeled
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1 garlic clove, quartered
1 12" whole wheat tortilla
2 tablespoons Avocado Cream
1/4 pound sliced roast turkey
5 slices crisp cooked bacon
5 thin slices tomato
3 leaves red leaf lettuce
Place first seven ingredients in blender and blend to rough puree.
Spread avocado cream on tortilla and build layers. Leave 1" border around edge. Roll up and wrap in plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.

No Soup For You!
Outside my window the snow is slumping toward oblivion. We are tired of soup. From now on it is sandwiches and wraps. Soup is for winter, sandwiches are for summer: No More Soup! In honor of that decision, I am posting this recipe:
