Seventy Times Seven

To quote Peter: "Lord, how many times should I forgive my brother when he sins against me?"

What if we are not only to forgive someone seventy times seven for their offenses against us?

Could it mean we are to forgive them for the offense that we thought we'd dealt with

(even after we think we have released it)

until we completely lose track of how many times we hand it over to God 

and it just doesn't matter any more...

and we can begin to love them.
