Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut Butter Cookies

     1 c. peanut butter
     1 c. brown sugar
     1 egg
     1 t. baking soda
     1 c. chocolate chips
     Bake @ 350   (drop cookies.)

That's it. They are also dairy free by exchanging the chocolate chips for carob. According to the curly-headed girl, they are yummy enough to be served for every dessert for two weeks. (Disclaimer: check the individual ingredients you are using to make sure they are gluten-free!)
