A Match Made in Heaven

Raspberry White Chocolate Scones

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. vanilla yogurt
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
2 c. frozen raspberries
1 c. white chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment on the baking sheet. Combine the dry ingredients. Melt the butter and add it to the dry ingredients. Combine the other wet ingredients in a bowl until well mixed. Add them to the dry ingredients (gently) with a fork. Work in the frozen berries and chocolate chips by hand. Do not overmix, or the scones will be tough. Spoon them onto the baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.

Do try to wait just a bit before you eat them. They really are better when they won't burn your tongue.
